On Friday, April 10, 2026, between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM, we are excited to host the MEDEVAC team from Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) at our Middle School complex. As part of our ongoing Middle and High School Career Speaker Series, the team will provide a specialized presentation on careers in Emergency Medical Services.
Neighbors and families may hear sirens and see the helicopter landing during this window. Please be assured that this is a planned educational event and all students are safe.

Happy Assistant Principals Week to this incredible team supporting our staff, students, and community every single day. You make our schools a better place to learn and grow!
Thank you for your leadership and your commitment to the Blue Eagle family! 🦅💙

Our NAMS and NAHS Interact Clubs have been busy little bunnies! 🐰 These club members worked together to collect and fill over 3,000 eggs to host an egg hunt for kindergartners at each elementary building in the Nazareth Area School District.
The day overflowed with excitement from the club members to the kindergartners dashing across the field. It was a heartwarming reminder of what happens when our community comes together!

Dear NASD Families,
Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we continue to respond to today’s power outage impacting Lower Nazareth Elementary School (LNES).
For LNES families and staff, we will be pivoting to Zoom parent-teacher conferences today, Tuesday, March 17th, for those who have power and are able to participate. LNES teachers will be reaching out directly with more information, including Zoom links and options to either meet today or reschedule your conference for another day and time if needed.
For all other schools (K–12), parent-teacher conferences will continue as originally scheduled.
Given that today’s closure at LNES was the result of an emergency power outage, the Nazareth Area School District will be petitioning the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) to excuse this instructional day. As a result, today will not need to be made up by students or staff.
We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this unexpected situation and work to support our students, families, and staff.
Be well,
Dr. Resende

Talented 5th and 6th grade musicians from 42 Lehigh Valley school districts came together to showcase their hard work, dedication, and love of music. A special highlight was welcoming Rick Hilborn, one of Nazareth’s own, as guest conductor.
Thank you to the families, directors, and communities who support these amazing young musicians! 🎼

Superintendent Dr. Resende had a blast hosting her second Student Superintendent Advisory meeting at the middle and high schools! 🏫 The energy was high as students dove into the world of Artificial Intelligence, exploring how it’s shaping our lives 🌍, transforming our schools 📚, and sharing their own honest thoughts on the future of tech! 💡
It was an amazing session full of curiosity, great conversation, and forward-thinking ideas! 🗣️👏

We experienced an issue with our Apptegy Alert system. Texts and emails were sent, and phone calls are now going out.
The message is also posted on our social media and WFMZ. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
